We had another successful pop up supper club at College Farm on Friday 15th December. Special thanks to our in house catering team, Annabel, Sandie & Katharine, ably assisted by Angus & John, who produced a delicious Lebanese inspired menu. The evening was a huge success and we raised over £350 for St Martin’s. Thank you to everyone who came and supported us and we look forward to seeing you at our next pop up supper club in the spring.

Our menu was as follows:


Spicy, roasted cauliflower soup with homemade bread

Main Course:

Daout Basha (Lebanese meatballs)

Samke Harra (Lebanese bouillabaisse)

Feta & Spinach stuffed peppers

Trio of Autumn Desserts:

Chestnut meringues

Chocolate pots

Maamoul Mad (Lebanese date shortbread)
